The type of laundry to be washed and folded includes sheets and towels.

These duties entail making suggestions for dining options at local restaurants, or the hotel’s restaurant, and contact those restaurants to make reservations for guests. Apprise guests of popular tourist attractions of interest in the area such as museums, tours and the like and the cost and hours of operation for those attractions.

Cleans and sanitizes hotel and guest rooms. Vacuums and sweeps floors, carpets, and rugs. Makes beds and changes linens. Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms, showers, toilets, sinks, and countertops. Replenishes toiletries and towels. Empties trash receptacles. The items to be laundered by the employee include bed sheets and towels. The employee does not have maintenance responsibilities related to the washing machines.

Guest services duties include: Make reservations and check guests in and out. Wash and fold laundry. Keep guest services area neat and stocked with supplies. Assist guests with dinner reservations and recommendations for activities in the area.
