Room Attendant

Job description

Duties: Responsible for cleaning and maintaining all rooms, suites, and indoor common areas at Boca Raton Resort & Club’s property, which includes vacuuming floors, dusting, replenishing linens and towels, disinfecting bathrooms, and washing windows.

Requirements: Three (3) months of experience at a high-end hotel, resort, or private club required. On-the-job training is provided. Applicant must provide Pre-employment Criminal Background Check.

Rate of Pay: $18.00 - $18.50 per hour, paid bi-weekly. Resort share-eligible position, so actual wage with tips may occasionally be higher. Overtime is available at $27.00 - $27.75 per hour. Employee may be eligible for additional compensation in the form of holiday pay of up to $500.00. Eligible for company subsidized housing.

Shifts: Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 7am - 2pm, 9am - 4pm, or 4pm- 11am. Shift hours may vary.
