Keeps buildings, rest rooms, decks and public restrooms in clean and orderly condition. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, disinfecting, washing walls and glass and removing rubbish. Duties may include the use of power washer

he employer has a limited number of shared housing units available for rent by seasonal workers at a cost to the worker of $500.00 per month, utilities (gas, electric, water) are included. Use of company housing is not a condition of employment. Raises and bonuses available based on performance or length of service with the employer. Discretionary bonus for completing season possible.

Universal cleaners is open 7 days per week and the specific days and hours of work will vary depending on scheduling and the level of business but will generally be 5pm to 3am 7 days per week with rotating days off approximately 35 hours per week with some overtime. Weekend and holiday work required. Work performed at customer locations in Traverse City.
