Job description
Perform commercial and residential snow/ice maintenance including winter storm clean-up, trash/organic debris pickup, and snow/ice removal. Remove snow from sidewalks, driveways, or parking areas using snow blowers or snow shovels, or spread snow-melting chemicals. Clean and perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools when not in use. Entry level; requires supervision.
Special Requirements
Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Saturday work required, when necessary. Shift schedules may vary and workers are on call to pretreat and perform maintenance during inclement weather. Post-hire random drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions.
