Job description
The Winter Crew Members will be assigned to a 2-4 man crew and will clear customer accounts on a route prior to businesses opening for the day and as needed during the day to keep businesses open and people safe. Crew members will clear snow and ice from entries and sidewalks by using shovels, walk behind snow blowers and plows and back pack blowers. Crew members must be able to work in extreme weather conditions and be able to work day or night shift as needed. Workers must possess ability to lift 8 – 25 pounds on a regular basis / 25 – 50 pounds on an occasional basis. Work will be performed Mon. - Fri. 8:00 am - 6:00 pm, but weekends may be required depending on weather. Work will be performed at various customer sites within the following counties: Williams, McKenzie, Divide, Burke, Mountrail Counties in North Dakota, and Sheridan, Roosevelt, Daniels, and Richland Counties in Montana. Transportation will be provided between worksites. OT will be available.
Special Requirements
Must possess ability to lift 8 25 pounds on a regular basis / 25 50 pounds on an occasional basis. Must be willing to work in extreme weather, work day and night shifts, and work weekends when necessary, depending on weather.
