Job description
Maintain and clean up pastures using farm equipment following damage from the wild fires, including removing burned vegetation, debris, damaged posts, wire, and other materials from affected areas. Clear and prepare damaged pasture areas for regrowth and livestock use. Repair and replace fencing damaged by downed trees and fallen debris, and restore pasture areas to a safe, usable condition. Maintain pasture growth, feeding areas, and production throughout the growing season. No CDL Required and no commercial truck driving required.
Special Requirements
Minimum of 1 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Extensive pushing and pulling is required. Extensive walking is required. Repetitive movements is required. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Certain roles may require a valid drivers license within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles. Exceptional performance may be rewarded with additional compensation or benefits at the employers discretion.
