Job description
Workers will prepare construction site where concrete will be poured, set, and align forms that hold concrete. Spread, level, and smooth concrete using grates, shovels, and hand tools. Tear down concrete forms, clean-up construction site. Prepare forms to be picked up from construction site to next job site.
Special Requirements
Must be able to work in outside conditions, must be able to lift heavy bags of concrete weighing up to 75lbs, and must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, must be able to pass a random employment drug test. The worker must be able to remain standing for long periods of time and must be able to work efficiently with hands using several tools. Each applicant (U.S. and H-2B workers alike) must complete the Employers standard online employment application as part of the hiring process. The application is uniformly required of all candidates and does not impose additional or different requirements on U.S. workers. The workers will be subject to drug testing upon reasonable suspicion, paid by the employer and applied equally to all workers, U.S. and foreign/H-2B.
