Job description
General agricultural labor including loading/unloading bagged and bulk product, general farm support duties, and related crop/product handling. Much of this work will be performed outdoors in all types of weather. Workers are required to lift over 75lbs and possess a basic knowledge of farming/ranching needs. Workers will also need basic agricultural equipment operation and maintenance knowledge.
Special Requirements
The worker must have 3 months agricultural related experience and be able to obtain an appropriate non-CDL driver's license after hire and maintain a clean driving record. Workers must be able to lift a minimum of 75lbs. Upon hire, workers may be required to undergo random drug testing at no cost to them. A positive test result for illegal or controlled substances or failure to comply, may result in immediate termination of employment.
