Job description
Servers will be responsible greeting customers, setting up the dining areas, taking orders, placing orders into POS system, carrying trays and plates, serving food and beverages, sell wine and beverages through knowledge of product, check identification of all guests under 30, clearing tables, handles cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Special Requirements
Must be able to: Walk and stand for the duration of shift, carry glass racks of 25 lbs, carry trays up to 40 lbs, climb up/down stairs/inclines, Must be able to speak, and read the English language and communicate in a clear and congenial manner, with guests, visitors, and employees. Must be able to work in a consistently face paced and loud environment.
Hours: The position requires a flexible schedule. Shifts vary based on business levels, and scheduled events. Holiday and
weekend shifts are required. Shifts days and hours may vary weekly from Monday to Sunday, based on operational needs with a minimum of 35 hours per week up. Shifts vary and range
from 6am - 2pm; 7:00 am - 3:00 pm; 8am-4pm, 10am-6pm, 11:00 am - 7:00 pm; 1:00pm - 9:00pm; 3pm - 11pm, 11pm - 7:00am. Open 7 days a week
