Job description

The employer is seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to assist with the harvest season (including pre and post-harvest). Duties required: harvest, count, plant, field pack, load, unload and stack strawberries and blueberries. Other duties may include installation/maintenance and hooking up drip irrigation, fertilizing, pruning, scanning, cutting/trimming, weeding, pulling plastic/drip-tape, field walking, quality control, dumping and packaging of blueberries at the packing house located on the farm and other general farm labor. Duties may include tractor and field truck operation. Some workers may perform farm and housing maintenance duties. Workers should follow safety and farm instructions. This job will be done under varying extreme outdoor weather conditions such as heat, high humidity, direct sunlight, cold weather, possible rain, wind, and exposure to pollen, soil, mud, dust and other natural elements. Repetitive physical conditions such as prolonged walking, standing, heavy bending, stooping, reaching and lifting will be involved on a regular basis. Random drug testing will be post-hire at employer's expense. 495 workers needed to start on 11/9/26, 471 workers needed to start on 12/4/26, and the remaining 644 workers needed to start on 1/15/27.

Special Requirements

Workers must be dependable and punctual and have the ability to stand, bend, and work for long periods outdoors. They must pay attention to detail and quality. Workers must adhere to all safety rules as instructed by supervisors and practice safety in all aspects of work.
