Job description
Workers will perform commercial and residential maintenance including fall/winter storm cleanup, shovel and throw snow. Chip ice, spread salt, apply salt treatments to pavement and walks. Snow/ice equipment maintenance. Use hand tools and equipment such as snow shovel, snow thrower, salt spreader, and ice chippers. Workers may assist with the installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units when not engaged in snow removal activities.
Special Requirements
Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. Post-hire background check required of foreign and domestic workers. Valid driver's license not required for position, however, a motor vehicle check will be required for foreign and domestic workers who voluntarily drive company vehicles. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours, depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
