Clean and sanitize work areas; provide cooks with crawfish; carry crawfish to and from work areas; remove trash and clean kitchen garbage bags; store crawfish in coolers in designated containers and storage areas to prevent spoilage; weigh crawfish; wash crawfish, peel, and cut shrimp to prepare for cooking.
