Job description
Job requires operating farm equipment, tractors, combines, and sprayers to till soil, plant, cultivate, irrigate, fertilize, & harvest crops, performing mechanical repair and maintenance, and driving semi-trucks to transport product to elevator or storage area. Basic literacy, reading and math skills along with 3 months of experience are required. Applicant must have or be able to obtain a drivers license. Increase or bonus may be possible based on experience and merit.
