Job description
Job duties include the operation of trucks, tractors, and GPS equipment including sprayers and backhoes to plant, spray, and harvest crops. Employees will also engage in irrigating crops by helping to set up and manage irrigation, they will also be loading planters, and performing general manual labor on the farm. Duties include mechanical work in the shop and other farm areas and repairs on equipment. Three months experience and the ability to obtain a drivers license is required. Increase or bonus may be possible depending on experience and merit.
Special Requirements
Employees must be able to lift 50 pounds. Moderate cell phone use is allowed at the worksite.
