HARVEST WATERMELONS
Special Requirements
Three months farm work experience is required. Workers will be required to work in extreme weather conditions. Bending, stooping, and lifting will be involved on a daily basis. The introductory period for all crop activities is 2 days, starting with the first day of employment to acclimate the workers to the physical demands of farm work and to familiarize workers with job specifications and to demonstrate proper harvest methods. Workers will be required to lift up to 50 pounds.
