Job description

Job duties include the operation of farm equipment to plant, irrigate, harvest, and haul grain to the storage area. Farm equipment that employees will operate includes tractors, combine, sprayers, trucks, and semi-trucks. Duties also include manual labor such as maintenance and repairs on trucks and parts, laying/setting up irrigation pipes, cleaning grain bins, and performing shop work such as welding. Must have or be able to obtain a drivers license within 30 days of hire and have 3 months of experience. Increase or bonus may be possible depending on experience and merit.

Special Requirements

Employees must be able to lift 50pounds as they will lift seed bags, poly pipe, boxes, parts, and tires. Moderate cell phone use is allowed at the worksite.
