Job description

Serve/deliver food and beverage products to club members; assist with opening and closing of restaurant/food and beverage area; set-up, clean, tear down work station; prepare side work; take guest order, advise kitchen personnel of items ordered, serve/deliver requested items and present check to guest; clear table. Must follow all sanitation policies and procedures.

Open 7 days a week. Employer will offer 35 hours of work per week. Shifts vary between: 10:00am-10:00pm.
Sample shift: 10:00am-5:00pm. Shifts include multiple paid breaks. Hours and shifts may vary with occupancy and events. Holidays and weekends required.

Tip position with guaranteed wage $15.48/hr. Allowed tip credit applied per FSLA guidelines to meet prevailing wage. Employer will guarantee prevailing wage for hours worked when allowed tip credit does not make hourly wage equal or exceed the prevailing wage of $15.48/hr. Employer may increase wage based on experience and/or provide additional pay for performance and tenure. Overtime may be available, but not guaranteed at $23.22/hr.

Special Requirements

Pre-employment drug test required; cost paid by employer. Applicant must complete an employment application. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be able to work a 5 day work week.
