Job description

Plant, Water, Weed, Harvest, Count, Load and Unload, Wash, Sort, Pack: Variety of crops: Arugula, Avocado, Banda, Basil, Beans, Beets, Bok Choy, Broccoli, Cabbage, Carrots, Cauliflower, Cilantro, Collard, Cowpea, Cucumber, Daikon, Dandelion green, Dill, Eggplant, Fennel, Fig, Guava, Kale, Kohlrabi, Leek, Lettuce, Lychee, Macadamia, Mizuna, Mulberry, Onion, Papalo, Papaya, Parsley, Pistachio, Pomegranate, Pumpkin, Radish, Romanesco, Roselle, Scallions, Spinach, Squash, Okra, Sunflowers, Sweet Potato, Swiss Chard, Tatsoi, Tomato, Turnip, Watermelon

Workers will perform various duties associated with growing the vegetable and fruit crops listed above. Workers will plant, cultivate, and harvest fruits and vegetables. All jobs will be done under extreme weather conditions, repetitive motions like bending, stooping, and heavy listing. Workers will also be pulling weeds, raking, cleaning areas for planting, digging, laying irrigation pipes, placing or pulling plastic.
Workers will perform duties that may vary from time to time, including: shovel, haul, dig holes and ditches, manually plant, cultivate, water, harvest, count, load and unload fruit, vegetables, produce and field crops
Workers will hook up, unhook and fix water line. Workers will stake and tie plants. Workers will perform support duties such as making boxes, packing, cleaning buckets and work areas. Workers will assist with weed removal. Workers will pick, harvest, box, transport and sell produce.

General Maintenance: Workers will be responsible for performing general maintenance around the farm. This will include fence mending, mowing, and weeding . Workers will repair and maintain buildings and equipment to ensure they are in good repair.
Support jobs include bin and pallet repair and after-hours cleanup.
Farm, and Field Sanitation: All workers will be responsible for picking up trash, cleaning bathrooms, sweeping floors and other farm sanitation duties.
During certain duties, workers may be required to work in teams to accomplish a certain task.
