Ag Equipment Operator

Job description

General farm labor. Drive tractor, truck, grain cart to perform crop raising duties. Plant, fertilize, cultivate, harvest crops using tractor drawn machinery. Weigh trucks, enter scale tickets, haul grain to market. Haul and spread fertilizer and manure. Clean, check, maintain, repair field ready and irrigation equipment. Install fence, haul rock and maintain roadways for irrigation purposes. Conduct dirt work operations to make fields drain. Clear tree/brush/ Clean grain bins. Spray, mow, maintain/paint farm structures. Run errands/pick up parts.
Crops: Wheat, corn, milo, sunflowers, cotton, soybeans

Up front bonus for returning workers and end of season bonus potential for experienced workers returning for their 3rd consecutive season. Overtime pay will be awarded to returning workers with exemplary service.

Special Requirements

CDL may be required, MVR passing insurance underwriter requirements, employment reference required, 3 months experience preferred, speak/understand English
