Job description
Elmore Farms is the farming operations that operates during a short annual growing cycle. During the time of need this would be an example of a time frame, this is not a full run down of what is required by the workers. Dec, Jan and Feb spread fertilizer/manure. March, April, May and June - ready equipment, plant and tend to the maturing plants, apply chemicals, as required. July, Aug and September -tend to the crops as they mature and harvest when they are ready. Note that crops have different gestation periods.
Special Requirements
Workers must be able to push, pull, lift and carry at least 50 lbs
Workers are required to have a CDL license
