Job description
Operating large farm equipment and machinery equipped with GPS such as Terragator 8400C for spraying row crops such as milo, sesame, corn, cotton, forage sorghum for broadleaves, grassy weeds, and insects; preparing conservation till and fallow fields for planting; applying pre-plant fertilizer for crops such as wheat, oats, canola and grazing pastures; applying fertilizer for cereal grain crops and oilseed crops for grain production; application of insecticides for army worms, grub worms, aphids, and other pests; desiccation of crops for harvest to aid in maturity of crop for harvest; delivering crop inputs (chemical and fertilizer) to fields via semi truck or tractor with trailer attached; operate application equipment like sprayers and spreaders as well as forklifts and loaders; maintenance of worksite and equipment including mowing, weed eating, and spraying.
