Job description
Job requires driving tractors and operating high technology farm equipment to plant, irrigate, & harvest crops as well as performing manual labor which may include heavy lifting and shop work getting equipment ready for planting and harvest. Requires standing, bending and squatting, mechanical repair and maintenance. 3 months experience and basic literacy, reading, and math skills are required. Farm vehicles will be operated on public roads, so applicant must have or be able to obtain driver’s license within 30 days after hire.
