** We are requesting an emergency application waiver request for good and substantial reason due to our initial application H-300-21291-651263/JO # 1165577 being certified on December 1, 2021 for 2 workers in lieu of our actual needed 22 workers . We immediately emailed CNPC and requested a post certification amendment, however we were advised in the email response from CNPC that we should utilize the emergency provisions for the additional 20 workers requested filing a 2nd application. At all times it was our intent to request 22 workers and both our recruitment report and our confirmation email for our ETA 9142 submission both notate the date range of Jan 1, 2022 - October 31, 2022 for 22 workers. As this drastic reduction in workers will cause undue hardship on TD's Crawfish, LLC. (not of employer making as he had intended/requested 22 workers throughout this ETA 9142 H2A application process). I apologize if this error is of my making however, I had believed that this had been notated and corrected once I received the ETA 9142 confirmation with the correct number of workers and date range reflected. This unforseen delay will have significant work related issues for the crawfishing ponds and harvesting for TD's crawfish as there is no way that 2 workers can harvest the volume of crawfish sacks as the originally intended 22 workers. If you would be so kind as to expedite the processing of these 20 workers it would be much appreciated. Any questions please feel free to phone Kelly Couch @ 225-638-7218. Thank you!
