Temporary Seasonal Position: Ag Equipment Operators | SOC Code: 45-2091

Possible shift: 8:00AM-6:00PM. 45+ May be possibility of weekend work. Crops: Wheat, Milo, Corn, Soybeans. Duties may include: May operate all farm equipment including: tractors, combines, sprayers, fertilizer spreaders, mowers, skid steers, and semi's. Will operate conveyors for loading and unloading trucks. Assist with property maintenance involving: mowing, cleaning working areas, maintaining equipment and tools. Assist with fieldwork involving drilling, planting, tilling, and harvesting corn, sorghum, wheat, and soybeans. Driving necessary to assist with moving of larger equipment. Must be able to obtain CDL & other related Ag Equipment Operators activities as per SOC/OES 45-2091 (onetonline.org). Must have 3 months Farm equipment exp. Static strength; exert max muscle force to lift, push, pull, unload, carry objects up to 100lbs (possible 2-person); may climb, walk, stand, reach, balance, sit, stoop, bend, squat, wash, clean: equip, grounds, area. Tools supplies and equipment provided at no cost to worker. Employer guarantees 3/4 of contract. Work outdoors, exposed to weather, hot or cold; hours may vary (+/-); possible downtimes and/or extended hrs. Dependable: fulfill obligations. Attn. to detail: complete work tasks. Employer provided housing available to those who cannot reasonably return to their residence within the same day. No cell phone use during work hours.

Must be able to obtain a drivers license. Must be 18 years of age. Drug/alcohol/tobacco free work zone. Worker has 3 days from date of hire to show legal authorization to work in the United States. Cash advances may apply at employer discretion.
