Job description
We produce grain and baled forages like alfalfa, straw, corn stalks to name a few. Employee will need to operate combines, silage choppers, trucks, tractors and loaders as needed. Employee must be able to complete routine repairs and maintenance on Claas choppers and combines, John Deere tractors, harvest trucks and other farm equipment. Must be able to work with center pivot irrigation, managing, maintaining and budget water rights. Employee will need to spread manure on fields. Employer may pay performance-based incentive bonuses at the end of the contract period at the employer's discretion. Employer may provide pay increases based on performance and longevity.
Special Requirements
Must have a regular drivers license and be able to drive a semi-truck. Must be able to lift 50lbs. Employer will conduct post-hire drug testing at the employer's expense to enforce a drug free workplace. Failing a drug test will result in termination. Must have 3 months experience.
