Job description
Position will require operating tractors with various implements and operating farm equipment to till soil, plant, irrigate, fertilize, spray, and harvest crops. Employees will also aid in laying poly pipe, installing rice levee gates, draining and irritating fields, performing basic tractor and equipment service, and performing mechanical repair and maintenance to farm equipment and structures. Pay increase or bonus may be possible based on experience and merit.
Special Requirements
Position requires basic English literacy and math skills. Applicant will operate farm vehicles on public roads and must have or be able to obtain drivers license within 30 days after hire.
