Job description
Job requires operating tractors with various implements and farm equipment to plant, irrigate, fertilize, spray, transport, & harvest crops. Job also requires performing mechanical repair and maintenance on farm equipment; laying irrigation pipe; working on pivots; using hand tools in fields to maintain good field conditions for crops; workers will use hand tools and equipment to clear, maintain, and create ditches; chopping weeds using hand tools. Farm vehicles will be operated on public roads. Pay increase or bonus may be possible depending on experience and merit.
Special Requirements
Job requires having, or being able to obtain, a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Basic English literacy and math skills are required.
