Job description
Job requires the operation of farm equipment to till soil, plant, irrigate, spray, and harvest crops. Duties also include having mechanical skills, performing maintenance, and being able to operate farm vehicles on public roads. Must have 3 months experience, be able to obtain a drivers license within 30 days of hire, and have basic literacy, reading, and math skills. Increase or bonus may be possible depending on merit.
