Job description

Caring for livestock throughout the season, feeding, watering, protecting animals and prevent predators mending fences. Will spry insecticides, vaccines if needed, detecting any problems, illnesses or injuries and taking general care of livestock. Workers also will repair fences, make fixtures in ranch as needed in order to guard the livestock, which may include helping to load animals into livestock trucks for movement to the range or to market. Check irrigation, planting, watercress, weed control, and clean general area.

Special Requirements

Employer guarantees to offer employment for a minimum of the workdays of the total specified period during which the work contract and all extensions thereof are in effect, beginning the first day after the worker arrives at the place of employment and ending on the expiration date specified in the work contract or extensions thereof, In Act of God termination, the guaranteed period ends on the day of termination.
Post-hire drug test required at no cost to the worker, all US, and Guest workers will be screened equally.
The employer may terminate the workers employment if the worker tests positive or fails to comply with the employers current drug testing policy (post-hire drug/alcohol testing is completed randomly unless the employer has reason to believe the worker is under the influence of drugs or alcohol while working).
