Job description
We need employees to start in February with field prep for the spring planting. Field prep includes laying tiling to control water in fields, repairing/removing and replacing fencing, dirt work, building terraces, and create and maintain drainage ditches. All this will need to be completed before our normal spring planting starts. During the spring employees will assist with raising, spraying, harvesting and hauling corn, soybeans, and wheat. Employees will need to operate combines, tractors, semi, tractor trailer and other farm equipment. Employees will complete routine maintenance on equipment and buildings. Service and repair equipment as needed. Complete duties as directed including but not limited to cleaning, shop work, yard work and other farm duties. Employer may provide pay increases for longevity and experience.
Special Requirements
Must have a regular driver's license. Must have a CDL or equivalent or be able to obtain within 30 days of hire. Require 3 months experience.
