Job description
Help repair and maintain farm equipment, shop, fields, levees, and farm roads. Rice & soybeans to include: Field prep, water maintenance, drive tractor, planting and harvesting of rice & soybeans assist with loading /unloading rice trucks, maintain rice bins to include clean up rice spills, sweeping rice spills extensive sitting, tools, supplies & equipment are provided at no cost, Random drug screening upon hire, paid by employer. Housing provided on the premises at no cost. Transportation & subsistence expenses to the worksite will be paid by the employer upon completion of 50% of the work contract. Employees may make above hourly wage and or receive bonuses based on work performance and experience. Must have legal authority to work within the United States.
