Job description
Job duties include the operation of tractors, forklift, semi-trucks, grain carts, farm trucks, and mowers. Employees must be able to obtain a drivers license within 30 days hire and a CDL is required. Job also includes performing mechanical repair and maintenance on farm equipment, cleaning equipment and the shop areas, using hand tools in the fields, laying irrigation pipe, loading and unloading trucks, maintaining ditches, pipes, and pumps, performing grain bin work and maintenance, and performing pivot work and maintenance. Three months of experience is required and employees must be able to lift 75 lbs. Increase or bonus may be possible depending on experience and merit.
Special Requirements
Applicant must have, or be able to obtain, a driver's license and have 3 months of experience. A CDL is required. The job will require lifting up to 75 lbs.
