Job description

Including, but not limited to: Clean Bee Boxes, Build Bees Boxes, Get Honey, Feed Bees, Paint Bees Boxes, also clean field to place bees boxes, Move Bee Boxes

Schedule may vary depending on weather; possible OT; possible raise upon employer discretion and worker performance. 6:30 am - 1:30 pm, 6 days a week - may be required to work an additional day a week or longer shifts depending on the bee placement and weather conditions. May be required to work additional hours.

Special Requirements

Clean Bee Boxes, Build Bees Boxes, Get Honey, Feed Bees, Paint Bees Boxes, also clean field to place bees boxes. Workers are provided a two-day break-in period to acclimate to the demands of the job.

Must not be afraid of bees. Must not have any allergies to bees, honey, pollen or any other products of the hive. Must tolerate extreme tempeartures. Must pass possible employer-paid, post-hire drug test. Must report to work sober and perform work duties sober. Workers must be physically fit to perform job duties without succumbing to excessive exhaustion after break-in period.Workers will be provided safety training and will be expected to handle tools/equipment safely and carefully so as to avoid crop damage and to protect the worker from potential injury.
