Job description
Drive tractors and operate large equipment such as air seeder, grain augers, sprayers, and combines to harvest crops. Drive semi-truck. Manual labor including but not limited to lifting seed bags, changing tires, shoveling grain, loading and unloading gas jugs, changing oil on vehicles and farm equipment, sweeping shops, grain bins, and trucks, maintenance and repair on farm equipment and implements, and washing vehicles, trucks, and farm equipment. Have 3 months experience, basic literacy reading and math skills required. Operate farm vehicles on public roads. Must have or be able to obtain driver’s license within 30 days after hire. Increase or bonus may be possible depending on experience and merit.
