Job description

Job duties include driving tractors and operating large farm equipment to till soil, plant, cultivate, irrigate, fertilize, harvest crops, and drive semi-trucks to transport product to the elevator or storage area. Duties also consist of performing manual labor which includes but is not limited to working with irrigation pipe; working in and around grain bins; performing mechanical repairs and maintenance; and using hand tools in fields. Pay increase or bonus may be possible depending on experience and merit.

Special Requirements

Employees must have or be able to obtain drivers license within 30 days of hire. Basic English literacy, reading, and math skills are required.
