Job description
Job requires operating farm equipment to till soil, plant, irrigate, spray, and harvest crops. Drive farm equipment on public roads and obtain a drivers license within 30 days of hire. Must have 3 months experience, be able to perform maintenance and have mechanical skills. Basic literacy, reading, and math skills are also required. Increase or bonus may be possible depending on merit.
