Grain Tractor Driver/laborer

Job description

Workers will be required to drive tractors and work as a general farm laborer on a grain and cotton farm. Workers will help prepare fields for cultivation, help plant fields, and work fields that are planted, manual shovel work, laying poly pipe, minor repair and maintenance of farm equipment, field sanitation duties, drainage, cleaning the shop, etc. Drug tests may be performed post hire at no cost to the workers to ensure worker safety and keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination. Worker must abide all posted work and safety rules. Workers must be physically able to perform all duties described.
