Job description
Job requires operating tractors with various implements and other farm equipment to till soil; prepare land; plant, irrigate, fertilize, and harvest crops. Job also requires the knowledge and ability to perform mechanical repair, maintenance, and regular service on farm equipment. Pay increase or bonus may be possible based on experience and merit.
Special Requirements
Job requires having or being able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire since farm equipment and vehicles will be operated on public roads. Basic English literacy and math skills are required.
