Job description

Job requires driving tractors and operating farm equipment to till soil, plant, cultivate, irrigate, fertilize, & harvest crops as well as performing mechanical repair and maintenance. Duties include driving semi-trucks to transport product to elevator or storage area. Employees will operate equipment including but not limited to tractors, semi truck, grain cart, sprayer, and harvesting equipment. The job also includes manual labor such as working with irrigation pipe and performing mechanical repair and maintenance on equipment. Applicant must have or be able to obtain a drivers license within 30 days of hire; 3 months experience required along with basic English literacy, reading, and math skills. Increase or bonus may be possible depending on experience and merit.

Special Requirements

Employees will be driving semi trucks to transport crops to the storage area so a CDL is needed.
