Ag Equipment Operator

Job description

Performs duties like: Drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest and store grain crops. Cultivate grain. Tow harvesting equipment. Drive and operate self-propelled combine. Drive tractors. Water crops, work in and around grain bins. Drive semi-trucks to transport crops to elevator or storage area.  

Crops: Milo, Rice, Soy Beans, Winter Wheat

Equipment: John Deere Tractors, John Deere Combines, John Deere field equipment, Mack semi Trucks,

Special Requirements

Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a drivers license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion.
