Job description

Job requires operating farm equipment including, but not limited to, tractors with various implements to till soil; prepare land; and plant, cultivate, irrigate, fertilize, & harvest crops. Job also requires transporting product to elevator or storage area, performing mechanical repair and maintenance, regularly servicing equipment; and using hand tools in fields to maintain proper conditions for crop growth. Daily duties may vary depending on crop and weather conditions. Pay increase or bonus may be possible based on experience and merit.

Special Requirements

Job requires having or being able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Basic English literacy and math skills are required.
