Job description
Job requires operating farm equipment including, but not limited to, gps auto steer equipment, tractors with various implements, combines, and sprayers to till soil; prepare land; and plant, cultivate, irrigate, fertilize, & harvest crops. Job also requires performing mechanical repair and maintenance, welding, and using hand tools when working in the fields to maintain proper field conditions for crop growth. Daily duties may vary depending on crop, field, or weather conditions. Pay increase or bonus may be possible based on experience and merit.
Special Requirements
Job requires having or being able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Basic English literacy and math skills are required.
