Job description
We need seasonal help to plant crops, harvest silage/grain and bail straw from the middle of March to December. Employees will operate self-propelled combines to harvest a variety of grain and oilseed crops. Employees will need to drive heavy truck to transport produce to elevator or storage area. Service machinery make in field repairs and washes equipment. Employees will also need to do yard-work such as mowing grass and trimming trees. Employer may pay performance-based incentive bonuses at the end of the contract period at the employer's discretion. Employer may provide pay increases for performance and experience at employer’s discretion.
Special Requirements
Requires a CDL or equivalent or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire. Require 3 months experience.
