Job description
We operate a 6500-acre family farm. We currently raise oats, wheat, edible beans, soybeans, potatoes and sugar beets. We have updated equipment and use modern technology for almost everything. We use New Holland tractors with Trimble GPS systems. We have triaxle and semi-trucks. We need seasonal employees to assist with all aspects of growing these crops including general farm labor, planting, growing, spraying, harvesting, and hauling these crops. Employees will need to operate trucks and farm equipment and complete routine repairs and maintenance on the equipment. Will be required to complete general farm duties on the farm as assigned. Employer may provide pay increases for performance, longevity and/or experience at employer’s discretion. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employer’s discretion.
Special Requirements
Job requires repetitive movements, must be able to lift 50lbs, a regular driver's license and 3 months experience.
