Job description
Safely move, carry and set up dining tables, chairs and buffet equipment such as airpots and urns for coffee, beverage dispensers, pitchers, chafers, and food pans. Deliver food and beverages, clean tables, remove dirty dishes, replace soiled table linens, set tables, replenish supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes, supply service/buffet/cold/hot bar with food and beverages. Serve items such as water, condiments, and coffee to patrons; perform assigned side work. Follow required safe cleaning and sanitizing procedures.
Employer will offer 40 hours of work per week. Resort is open 7 days a week, workdays vary Sunday-Saturday. Rotating schedule, shift times 8am-5pm, 12pm-9pm, and 3pm-12am (includes 1-hour unpaid break). Workdays and shift times may vary with occupancy.
Special Requirements
No minimum education or experience required.
Must be able to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Must be able to obtain ServSafe Food Handlers and Alcohol Certifications.
