Job description

Prepare land, plant, fertilize, prepare to harvest, harvest and package for shipping. Involves bending, stooping, repetitive movements, lifting and stretching on a frequent basis. Must be able to lift 50 lbs often, work in extreme weather conditions. Possibility of performance based raise and higher starting wage, $13.88 to $15.00 per hour. We provide transportation for the workers a 4 door 1 ton crew cab pickup.
