Job description
Performs a combination of following duties concerned with preparing soil, cultivating, and otherwise participating in horticultural activities under close supervision in nursery: Hauls and spreads topsoil, peat moss, and other materials to condition land. Digs and rakes soil to prepare for planting. Water plants and shrubs. Moves containerized shrubs and trees, using wheelbarrow. Digs up shrubs and trees, and wraps their root with burlap.
40hr/wk. Monday - Friday, possibly Saturday.
Special Requirements
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. & frequent stooping or bending over.
