Job description
Drive tractors and operate farm equipment to till soil, to plant, cultivate, irrigate, fertilize, & harvest crops. Operate farm vehicles on public roads. Employees must have the experience to perform the described duties. Also must be able to perform the physical duties of manual labor required in irrigation, equipment maintenance, and grain bin work, property upkeep etc. Basic literacy, reading, and math skills required. Must have or be able to obtain driver’s license within 30 days after hire. Increase or bonus may be possible based on experience and merit.
