Job description

Live crawfish are purchased. The crawfish are then put into trays, then they are cleaned and sorted with the dead crawfish being discarded. After the crawfish are healthy they are fed. After a fe3w days the crawfish will then turn into a premold. When the crawfish shed, they are sized and packaged.
