Job description
Job duties include the operation of tractors, manure pumping equipment, and harvesting equipment to harvest crops and pump manure. Must be able to maintain, clean, and service equipment. Duties also include hooking up attachments, cleaning in and around the shop area, and driving semi-trucks. Employees must have 6 months of experience and the ability to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Pay increase or bonus may be possible depending on experience and merit.
Special Requirements
Employees must be able to lift seed bags. Moving manure hoses when attaching them together requires extensive pushing or pulling.
